Company has got a good expertise in constructing ‘intake wells & Intake Structures’, intended to draw huge water volumes from
the source, for human or industrial consumption. Work completed in the past is for Govt. of Gujarat, for:
Variyav Regional Water Supply Scheme, Dist. Surat for 151 villages.
Gaypagla Regional Water Supply Scheme, Dist. Surat
Juj Regional Water Supply Scheme, Dist. Navsari for 56 villages.
Anjar Regional Water Supply Scheme, Dist. Bhuj for 80 villages.
Kareli Group Water Supply Scheme, Dist Surat for 16 villages.
Recently, we have completed CWC for 2 X 125 MW Lignite based Thermal Power Plant of Gujarat Industries Power Company Ltd. which includes Intake well, bridge, pumping arrangement and 900 mm dia pipeline from Intake up to the plant reservoir. Work of another CWC for NTPC, Mauda Mega Power Project (2 x 650 MW) in joint venture capacity with M/S Pratibha Industries Ltd. – Mumbai.
Ongoing Projects
Bridge across River
PWD- Uttarakhand, highly specialized steel girder bridge of 95 mtr single spam, resting on only two abutments. The bridge is to be constructed across a paranial river in hilly areas of Nainital district in Uttarakhand state.
Intake structure at river Tapi
Gujarat Industries Power Corporation Ltd, Surat Lignite Power Project, an Intake well of 200 MLD capacity, 12 mtr dia is under construction at Nani Naroli of Surat district, Gujarat ,the project includes construction of pump house and 3 x 24 mtr spam RCC bridge to carry 2 x 900 mm side rising main pipeline.
Tenakhadi Bridge
Gujarat Water Supply & Sewage Board, The Bridge is on cast-insitu pile foundation having 12 mtr x 17 span steel girder type super structure.
Kareli Regional Water Supply Project
A turnkey water supply project to provide treated and wholesome drinking water for 22 villages of olpad taluka in coastal and highly saline areas of Surat district. The work comprises of construction of clear water sump, RCC ESR’s up to 5 lac liter capacity distribution pipeline network of about 80 Km length and allied work.
